(Direct Hire) Full-time Native English Teachers for 2025 at CREST English in Incheon

We are a recently established English academy in Geomdan New Town, Incheon. We opened in October 2024, and our team includes three British teachers, one Korean teacher, a vice principal with 15 years of teaching experience, and a director with 17 years of teaching experience.
We will be joined by one new British teacher in June and one new American teacher in September.

We are now looking for passionate and talented teachers to join our team. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand to a total of seven native English teachers.

You will work with classes five days a week. Monday to Thursday will be focused on classroom learning and books, while Fridays are reserved for activity days and speech days.

Job description and conditions

• Start dates:
  - September 2025: 1 position available (Flexible start dates)

• Working hours: Full-time / Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 8:10 PM

• Teaching hours: 5~6 hours a day
  - 50-minute classes with 10-minute breaks between classes

• Students: Kindergarten and elementary (the majority of our students), as well as adults through our customized one-on-one English classes

• Class size: Up to 8 students

• Salary: 3.0 - 3.2 million KRW/month (2.5 - 2.7 million KRW salary + 500,000 KRW housing). Salary increases upon contract renewal after one year.

• Housing: Furnished studio apartment (within a 12-minute walk from CREST) or 500,000 KRW housing allowance provided

     Medical Insurance, National Pension, 

      Severance payment(after completion of a one-year contract)

  - Vacation: 11 days of paid vacation plus all national holidays

  - Visa support: E2 visa sponsorship

  - Working Visa: E2 or F-visa series(for candidates already in Korea)

• Ara Station(Subway):

  A 10-minute walk from CREST English, which is opening soon. Starting in June 2025, it will take approximately 30 minutes to reach Hongik University Station from Ara Station.

• Current nearest station: Gyeyang Station (Subway Airport Line)

Qualifications

• Required:

  - Native English speaker

  - Bachelor’s degree

  - Currently residing in Korea

  - In special cases, even candidates residing abroad may be hired through an in-depth interview

  - TESOL/TEFL qualification

• Preferred:

  - Teaching experience in Korea

  - Teaching-related qualifications
