At SUTTON, we believe that teaching is most rewarding when we help students discover what they are truly capable of.
Sometimes, a student may have an interesting idea but struggle to put it into words. Other times, a simple question or a little encouragement can turn a few sentences into a thoughtful, well-developed paragraph.
We enjoy those moments.
Rather than simply correcting mistakes or providing answers, we encourage our teachers to explore students' ideas, ask meaningful questions, and help children become more confident and independent thinkers.
We believe that learning should be academically meaningful, but also enjoyable for both students and teachers.
If you find satisfaction in watching children gradually develop their confidence, creativity, and ability to express themselves, we think you'll enjoy teaching at SUTTON.
We would love to hear from applicants who:
Enjoy teaching and interacting with elementary-aged children.
Have strong English communication skills.
Are comfortable teaching reading, writing, and discussion-based lessons.
Can create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom.
Enjoy encouraging students to think independently and express their ideas.
Are patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about student development.
Have previous elementary teaching experience (preferred).
Bachelor's degree or higher
F-series visa holders (F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6)
Korean applicants with native-level English proficiency are also welcome.
We value a positive and supportive teaching environment where teachers can build meaningful relationships with their students and take pride in their progress.
Our curriculum provides a structured academic foundation while leaving room for creativity, thoughtful discussions, and engaging classroom activities.
With a maximum of 5.5 hours of classroom teaching per day, our schedule also allows time within the working day for lesson preparation, grading, and other teaching responsibilities.
We welcome teachers who bring enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and their own teaching strengths into the classroom. Above all, we appreciate teachers who genuinely enjoy helping children learn, improve, and become more confident in expressing themselves.
