KIUM English Academy is seeking a native English teacher to join our team. We are located in Dongtan, Gyeonggi-do, and teach elementary and middle school students in a structured and supportive learning environment.

Our academy provides an established curriculum, teaching materials, and clear lesson guidelines to ensure consistent, well-organized classes.

About Dongtan
Dongtan is a modern residential city with beautiful parks, shopping areas, and convenient transportation. Express buses connect Dongtan to Seoul and Gangnam, and Dongtan SRT Station provides high-speed rail connections to major cities across Korea.

Position Details
- Start Date: Flexible – December 2026 preferred (earlier start possible)
- Contract: 12 months
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Teaching Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
- Students: Elementary and Middle School (No Kindergarten)
- Curriculum: Established curriculum, teaching materials, and lesson guidelines provided

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: From KRW 2.3M/month (negotiable based on experience)
- Housing: Furnished studio or KRW 400K/month allowance
- Vacation: 10 paid days + Korean national holidays
- Health insurance & pension (50/50), severance pay

Responsibilities
- Teach elementary and middle school classes following our curriculum and guidelines
- Prepare lessons and track student progress
- Write monthly progress reports
- Attend staff meetings

Requirements
- Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree
- E-2 or F-series visa, currently in Korea preferred
- Experience with elementary/middle school students preferred
- Essay writing instruction experience is a plus
- Willing to follow an established teaching system
