ELiF is seeking a professional Native English Teacher for the Spring/Summer semester. We offer Top-Tier Pay, Generous Holidays, and a Streamlined Hiring Process.

1. Job Overview
Contract Period: March 4th, 2026 ~ August 26th, 2026 (approx. 6 months)
Reason for Short-term: The class schedule is set to change starting August 27th.
Location: Suseong District Stadium Station (Daegu Metro Line 3) - 5 min walk
Students: Elementary Level
Contract Type: Part-time Employee (Under 15 hours/week)

2. Visa Requirements
Visa: F-Visa Holders Only (F-2, F-5, F-6)
Nationality: Citizenship from 7 English-speaking countries required.
We cannot sponsor E-2 visas.

3. Schedule & Holidays (★BEST PART★)
Teaching Hours:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 3:00 PM ~ 5:00 PM
Wed: 2:00 PM ~ 5:40 PM
(Arrive 5 mins early for prep)
Holiday Policy (Paid Leave):
All National Holidays (Red Days): OFF (No classes).
Special Academy Holidays: No classes on the following dates:
May 4th (Mon) - Golden Holiday
May 26th (Tue)
August 18th (Tue)
Note: Your salary (1.5M) remains the same even with these extra days off!

4. Compensation & Benefits (★TOP CLASS★)
Monthly Salary: 1.5 Million KRW (Fixed)
No vague negotiation. Fixed high rate regardless of holidays.
Completion Bonus: 800,000 KRW (Fixed Amount)
Paid upon successful completion of the contract (August 26th).
Tax Benefit (Maximized Take-home Pay):
Minimal Deduction: Your income tax will be negligible (approx. 10,000 KRW range), which is significantly lower than the standard 3.3% freelancer tax.
Result: You keep almost 100% of your salary.
Insurance: Industrial Accident (Sanjae) & Employment Insurance (Goyong) provided.

5. Future Opportunity (★PRIORITY FOR RENEWAL★)
Priority Status: While this is a 6-month contract, if you are available for the new schedule starting August 27th, you will be given priority status for contract renewal.
