CllangEdu Learning Center is a specialized adult English conversation academy located in Seohyeon, Bundang. Since 2014, we have focused on helping adult learners improve real-life speaking skills in a supportive, professional, and friendly environment.
We are currently seeking professional and energetic English instructors to join our team.

Work Schedule

• Monday: 18:00 – 22:00 (4 hrs)

• Tuesday: 10:00 – 13:00 / 18:00 – 22:00 (7 hrs)

• Wednesday: 18:00 – 22:00 (4 hrs)

• Thursday: 10:00 – 13:00 / 18:00 – 22:00 (7 hrs)

• Friday: 11:00 – 13:00 / 18:00 – 21:00 (5 hrs)

• Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00 (6 hrs, 1-hour lunch break)

• Saturdays required twice per month only (dates adjustable)
• Short teacher meetings may be scheduled on Thursdays (17:30–17:55) with prior notice

Job Responsibilities

• Teach adult discussion classes using provided materials

• Weekly article writing:

  • One original discussion article (hot topics or current events)

  • Due every Thursday by 9:00 PM

• Student feedback:

  • Upload feedback within 24 hours after each class

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 2,300,000 KRW

• Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW (paid separately)

• Overtime Pay: 25,000 KRW/hour (outside scheduled classes)

• Insurance: 3 major Korean insurances (50/50 contribution)

• Paid Vacation: 15 days per year (available with 80% attendance rate)

Requirements

• Must be available to start on March 1, 2026

• If this is a second job, applicant must be eligible for concurrent employment permission 

• Native English speaker or extensive experience living in English-speaking countries

• Education: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Visa: Must hold a valid F-4 or E-2 visaor F-6.
• Desired Qualities: Punctual, reliable, and approachable personality.
• Note: Current university students or students on leave are not eligible to apply.
• Applicants must currently reside in Korea or be able to enter and legally reside in Korea by March 2026 without any issues.
