We are looking for native English teachers who enjoy leading discussion-based classes and guiding adult learners in a supportive and respectful learning environment.

We are looking for teachers who truly care about their students and communicate with genuine sincerity.

📌 Position Details

• Hiring Period: Until July 19, 2026
• Students: Adults (group-based community classes)
• Class Format: Online (Zoom)
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Pay: 45,000 KRW per hour
• Visa Requirement: Must hold an F visa (eligible to work in Korea)
• Preference will be given to instructors who are available for evening classes.

📗 Classes & Training

• BYS provides a specialized curriculum and teaching materials.
• Candidates with experience teaching Business English to adults are preferred.
• The hiring process includes two interviews and structured training.
• After the first interview, candidates will observe three classes taught by experienced native teachers.
• Selected teachers may be invited to participate in regular training sessions during an additional semester.
• After final acceptance, teachers will observe two additional classes in the new semester for further training.
