Position Overview

• Location: Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do (Easy access from Seoul)

• Student Type: Pre-K & Kindergarten (International ages 3-5)

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.

• Teaching Base Hours: 6 hours a day (Includes regular break times and dedicated prep time)

• Start Date: August 1, 2026

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 2,700,000 KRW - 3,000,000 KRW per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

• Housing Allowance: 500,000 KRW provided monthly

• Paid Vacation: 11 days plus all National Korean Holidays

• Insurance & Benefits: 4 National Insurances, Severance pay upon contract completion, and Sick days provided

• Training & Materials: Comprehensive teacher training (Grapeseed Training) and fully provided curricula/lesson plans

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a homeroom teacher for kindergarten students, teaching phonics, pronunciation, and basic reading/writing

• Engage students through interactive activities including songs, dancing, roleplay, and arts & crafts

• Follow established textbooks and syllabi while incorporating creative personal activities

• Monitor student progress, meet learning goals, and participate in required institute events and workshops

Candidate Qualifications

• Citizenship: Native English speaker from USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA (Eligible for E-2 Visa) or current F-Visa holders

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Documentation: Apostilled diploma and criminal background check ready

• Health: Must be physically and mentally healthy to manage an active kindergarten classroom
