Laubach Literacy
Founded in 1955 by literacy pioneer Frank C. Laubach, Laubach Literacy is a nonprofit educational corporation dedicated to helping adults of all ages improve their lives and their communities by learning reading, writing, math and problem-solving skills. Laubach sponsors more than 1,000 literacy programs throughout the United States and 69 partner programs in 36 countries in Africa/ Middle East, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

National Clearinghouse for ESL Literacy Education (NCLE)
This Department of Education-funded clearinghouse publishes teacher reference materials about teaching English literacy to adults on its website, moderates the NIFL-ESL listserv, offers technical assistance by e-mail and workshops, and identifies ESL resources for inclusion in the ERIC database. NCLEnotes newsletter is published twice yearly.
