All positions are for teaching English in South Korean public schools. Teachers can save between US$5,000-$15,000 per year!

Qualification Requirements:

  • TEFL certificate with at least 20 practicum hours is now required for all applicants unless you have a degree in Education or a teaching license. (no exceptions!)
  • Be a citizen of US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (no exceptions)
  • For non-native English speakers: You must have studied in one of the above 7 countries since the 7th Grade (no later)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 20-55 years of age
  • No criminal record (this includes underage drinking charges, DUI's, misdemeanors, etc), minor traffic offenses are ok
  • Strong desire to learn about other cultures

It is highly encouraged that you start a TEFL course now so that you have the skills and knowledge to put together an amazing lesson plan which is part of the initial application. We offer an online TEFL course that will qualify you for this program that includes 20 hours of practicum that is required to be placed in Seoul and the Gyeongnam province. With this course, you will learn and understand how to make a killer lesson plan, the fundamentals of managing a foreign classroom and you’ll gain 20 hours practicing your skills in a real classroom with real ESL students. Courses start every Monday but there are limited spots available for each date so registering early is important.
