Visiting Professor (Non-tenure track full-time position) in Busan, Korea

Kyungsung University, one of the top universities in Busan, is currently inviting Visiting Professor (Non-tenure track full-time position) to apply for the following non-tenure track positions starting on September 1, 2018 as follows.
Kyungsung University is located near Gwangalli Beach in Busan. It accommodates about 13 thousand students. Until now, over 30 foreign professors demonstrate a superb level of competence for teaching students.
A. Field : Business Administration
B. Position : Visiting Professor (Non-tenure track full-time position)
C. Number of Openings : 2
D. Minimum Qualifications : A Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree
a. Master's degree holders should also have over 2 years teaching or research experience in a 4-year university, government agency or research institute after obtaining Master's degree.
b. Related professional experience Preferred
E. Subjects : Business Administration(Finance, Marketing, and MIS - preferred)
A. Applicants must commence to work on September 1, 2018 with a valid visa, otherwise the appointment shall be rescinded.
B. The teaching experiences of the Hak-won teacher, the EPIK assistant teacher, private tutor and unpaid tutor are not counted for minimum qualification and screening.
C. The designated application form must be submitted. If not, other documents will not be considered without any notice.
D. Applicants must be eligible for appointment according to private university regulations and satisfy the requirements for employment required by the Korean government.
E. Applicants must be able to deliver lectures in English.
3. Screening Procedures
Screening is done based on application documents and interviews. Applicants abroad can do interview Skype or other ways in lieu of an interview.
4. Application Process and Required Application Documents

C. Documents mentioned below should be prepared for candidates who are shortlisted for interview.
a. Degree Certificates (M.A., Ph.D.): 1 copy of each
b. Academic Transcripts (M.A., Ph.D.): 1 copy of each
c. Certificates of employment (to verify work experience outlined in the application): 1 copy of each
D. Certificates with nation's Apostille and a criminal record check can be required if there is a request from the Immigration Office.
5. Employment Conditions and Benefits
A. The initial contract will be one year starting on September 1, 2018. The position is non-tenure track and it can be renewed based on your performance evaluation after the period of initial contract.
B. The salary varies depending on degree and career experiences.
a. Master's Degree holders : over 31 million won / year
b. Doctoral Degree holders : over 36 million won / year
C. He/she will be given a housing fee(stipend) of £Ü350,000 per month.
D. Basic medical insurance which is identical for all the staff and faculty members of the University is provided.
E. Severance pay is provided as prescribed by the pension law for private university employees.
F. 9 minimum teaching hours required per week (50-minute lesson) in each semester. Extra teaching class hours and extra activities may be required with overtime payment.
6. Further Remarks
A. All documents should be arrived until 16:00, Sunday, August 5, 2018.
B. Applicants must be eligible for appointment according to private university regulations and satisfy the requirements for employment required by the Korean government.
C. Positions may not be filled if there are no satisfactory candidates.
D. In the event that an applicant is found to be unqualified, either through an act of omission or fraud, said applicant will be immediately rejected.
E. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified individually by e-mail for an interview.
F. All application documents in a language other than Korean or English must be accompanied by a notarized Korean or English translation.
