Part-time English Instructor - Daejeon, Korea

Position: Part-time English Instructor
Organization: KAIST Language Center
Location: Daejeon, South Korea

1. Qualifications
(a) Native speaker of English
(b) Master's degree or above
(c) More than one year of teaching experience at the university level or to adults
(d) VISA Status: E-1, E-2(need to permission of original working place), F-6
(e) Prefer to Daejeon resident (no support the transportation fee)

2. Job Description
* To teach some or all of the following classes
- Conversation
- Writing
- Presentation skills
- Reading and discussion
* Required to do
- Progress Report after the class
- Midterm/Final Exam
- Attend to completion ceremony (last day of class)

3. Conditions
- Position: Part-time English instructor
- Working time: Every Saturday starts July 21 to November 24, 9 a.m. to 13 p.m. (4 hours)(except September 22)

4. Payment
KRW 49,200 won / hour before tax

5. Procedure
- Review of application documents
- Face to face Interview (Candidates selected for interviews following the resume review process will receive individual notices of the interview schedule.)

6. Documents Required
Please submit these documents to the Language Center by email:
- Cover letter (or letter of self-introduction)
- Resume
- Copies of degree(s)/certificate(s)
- Copies of academic transcripts (undergraduate level and above)
- Copy of passport (photo page)
- One (passport-size) recent photo
- Alien Registration Card (if you already reside in Korea)
- Contact information for your references (if any)
