Part-time job opportunities at Pyeongtaek University’s Graduate School of Translation and Interpreting

The Graduate School of Translation and Interpreting (GSTI) at Pyeongtaek University is a postgraduate program specializing in training professional interpreters and translators. The School is currently inviting English native speakers to teach GSTI students English writing in the first semester of 2018 (with possibility of renewal).

Job type:
Part-time instructors to teach English writing

1) Applicants must hold at least master’s degree in English, Education,
Humanities or Social Sciences
2) Two or more years of teaching experience at university level

Required documents
1) Curriculum vitae, and cover letter that highlights your teaching and other
relevant experience
2) Photocopies of official diploma and transcripts (BA, MA, PhD if applied)
3) A photocopy of passport (the page with the photo of the applicant)
4) A photocopy of alien registration card

1) Courses to teach: Business writing (Monday 6:30-8:20pm), Academic writing (two

3) Salary: Approximately 53,000 Korean won per hour
