Korea International School - Bilingual Business office staff (non teaching) positions in Pangyo and Gangnam, South Korea

Korea International School is looking for a staff who will be working in the business office.

A. Job Information 
- School Type: Private 
- Job Type: marketing/admission/HR position
- Location: Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea 
            OR  Baekhyun-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongam, Korea.
- Period of Employment: initial one year contract 
                      (permanent position after evaluation)
- Working Hours: 07:30 - 17:00 (flexible hours during summer/winter vacations)

B. QUALIFICATIONS 
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Bilingual (Korean/English)
- Experience in marketing/admissions/HR is an asset
- Clean nationwide criminal background check 
   * Proof documents will be asked during the official process.
- Demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication in English and Korean
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues and client groups
- Ability to work with databases
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and events to completion

C. Roles & Responsibilities 
* Marketing/Admission
• Support the admissions director through managing schedule, meetings, filing and communications
• Travel to support admissions events in Korea and abroad
• Manage complex calendar/diary activity including coordinating appointments and rescheduling
• Confidential meeting minutes and communications responsibilities
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with Heads of Departments, counterparts including parents, students, colleagues, government agencies and school visitors
• Assist in all matters of admissions department organization as requested by the Admissions

*HR
• Handle end-to-end recruitment & selection process
• Support hiring managers with mid-long term recruitment strategies
• Support employee relocation and onboarding - visa process, travel, housing, orientation, etc.
• Assist with day to day operation of the HR department
• Prepare reports related to various HR-related tasks
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
