Qualified teachers with secondary education experience needed at a prestigious private school in Seoul, Korea

Hana Academy Seoul is looking for 1 FULL-TIME English instructor starting RIGHT AWAY and 2 FULL-TIME English instructors starting this fall. The fall semester starts at August 14th and candidates must arrive or be in Korea by August 7th to prepare for the semester. It's a fun place to teach for a high school English teacher. Prospective teachers will not teach co-taught conversation classes, so they should have experience running their own classrooms in composition and literature. We are looking for teachers who are sincere, engaging, self-motivated, self-managed, and most of all, who has an open mind and will be dedicated to the job.

The School:
Our school is one of the top five high schools in the nation. It's a good opportunity and will require you to get immersed in the school culture and dedicate yourselves to the classwork. The students are highly motivated and the classroom environment is rigorous and engaging.

Job Specifications & Benefits:
40-hour work week (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00)
Teacher should set their own curriculum and be able to develop accurate and thorough lesson plans for each class. (Examples of the subjects they will teach are English Literature, Public Speaking and Presentation, Advanced English Conversation, Critical Reading and Writing, and more)

Severance bonus of one-month's salary upon completion of the contract

Salary based on qualifications and experience

Applicants should possess:
At least a Bachelor's degree from a native English speaking country
2 or more years of teaching experience (YL)
Experience/interest in literature and creative/professional writing

A BA or MA in ESL, English Literature, or Education related degrees (or TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, etc. certification) from a native English speaking country
Teaching experience in public/private schools in their home country or elsewhere
Certified teaching licence
CELTA/DELTA or equivalent
Teachers who are currently living in Korea or those who have F visas
