1. Business English Instructor [Full-time /Korean-English Bilingual]

[Full-time Position] Speaking Instructor (Adult Business English &
Communication Skills)

Namyang (Gyunggi-do, Mon-Fri) 11:30-18:30

[Minimum Requirements]
① All potential candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelors degree from
an accredited four-year university located in a country in which the native
language is English (US, Canada, Australia).
② Prior Experience in corporate field (over 2 years) or teaching business
English (over 2 years)

[Other Requirements (preferred)]
- Bachelors degree in Business, Education or English
- Prior experience teaching adults
- Prior experience teaching business English

2. Academic Coordinator Position (Korean-English Bilingual)

[Job Description]

- Act as the primary intermediary between instructors and head office staffs

- Collaborate with staff and administrators in the development, revision
and preparation of master schedules, logistics for program launch and
operations

- Coordinate with the R&D and training teams in planning and running
instructor workshops, training and calibration sessions.

- Plan, develop, implement and maintain standards of quality control across
the board for all programs.

- Travel on-site to domestic locations and continuously monitor instructors
and take corrective action measures for comprehensive program enhancement

- Draft and send well-written email notifications and official
announcements to instructors on company’s behalf

- Implement course evaluation process and assist in analysis of evaluation
results

- Plan, develop, launch and coordinate program-related special events

- Coordinate information with accounting department for instructor
compensation and payment tracking

[Minimum Requirements]

- Proactive, positive mindset and ability to work in a multi-cultural work
environments

- BA degree from an accredited 4 year university

- Strong organizational skills required

- Discipline for details

- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities

- People skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Computer skills to include Excel, Powerpoint

- Must possess excellent follow-through and problem solving ability

- Minimum 1 year business English teaching experience in Korea

- Domestic travel will be required

- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Some Saturdays will be

3. Corporate Trainer - Intensive Business Communication Skills Program

The Princeton Review Korea is looking for an experienced corporate trainer
to join our Intensive Business Communication Skills training teams.

Short-listed candidates for this position will have a strong background in
corporate training, leadership, counseling & coaching, as well as
experience in cross-cultural communication skills training.

[Job Description]

- Teach Business skills & speaking proficiency enhancement modules using
standardized materials & curriculum

- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts,
learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training
program

- Manage trainees’ learning and regularly track and report progress
through LMS

- Provide targeted academic coaching/counseling services for trainees

- Continuously endeavor to improve the learning methods, environment, and
overall learning experience

[Schedule]
Monday to Friday 110 hours of guaranteed teaching per month.
(MON: 10:30-20:00, TUE/WED/THU: 8:00-20:00, FRI: 8:00-15:00)

[Locations]
- All areas in Korea. The location will be changed month to month
* Instructors are required to stay at the province from Monday to Friday.
(TPR offers Housing, 3 Meals and business trip fee is compensated
separately)

[Salary]
170 teaching hours: 4.2 million + Business trip fee (per month)

The Princeton Review Korea is looking for an experienced corporate trainer
to not only facilitate Business English learning but also represent the
company as a ‘Cultural Ambassador’ at a designated client’s training
center.

Short-listed candidates for this position will have a strong background in
corporate training, leadership, counseling & coaching, as well as
experience in cross-cultural communication training.

[Job Description (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)]

- Teach Business English / speaking proficiency enhancement classes (1:1
coaching & small group discussion)

- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts,
learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training
program

- Manage students’ learning and regularly track and report progress
through LMS

- Provide academic coaching/counseling services for clients/visitors

- Collaborate with TPR Head Office on student/class special events and
potential new program planning and the creation of program/class
promotional material

- Perform operational/administrative duties for management of client
company facilities (classroom, labs, coaching room, storage of teaching
materials)

- Provide logistical support as needed for other TPR trainers and visitors
to the site .

- Handle student/client inquiries and effectively communicate program
goals, curriculum, content and other details.

- Continuously endeavor to improve the learning methods, environment, and
overall learning experience

[Schedule]

5. Speaking English Test Evaluator Full-time position (160 hrs+/month)

* Job Description:

We are currently looking for qualified professionals to join our team of
oral proficiency specialists. New hires will conduct speaking assessment of
Korean business professionals, in addition to other administrative tasks.
To qualify for this position, you must be a native English speaker of the
utmost professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

1) On-site interviewing and/or supervising

2) Test reviews and scoring

3) Data entry/score analysis reports

4) Test Research & Development

[Basic Qualifications]

-Native English speaker with clear, coherent pronunciation

-BA degree from accredited 4-year university

-Business background: i.e. business-related major and work experience

-Adult Business English teaching experience (1year+)

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Professional demeanor, attitude, appearance, and mindset with the ability
to properly conduct oneself in a manner befitting the environment

-Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills for question
development and score analysis reports

-Team player with a global mindset

-Oral proficiency assessment experience a plus

-MS office proficient

- Any business or management job experience

- Currently practicing law or providing legal consulting services at a law
firm or corporation in Korea

- Business / Legal English teaching experience
