EFL Professors Wanted
Institute of International Education in Kyung Hee University at Seoul, Korea is seeking several qualified EFL professors for the term of March 1, 2010- February 28, 2012

Qualifications
1. MA and/or above in TESOL, ESL/EFL Education, English Language, Linguistics, Primary or Secondary Education, Intercultural Communication and /or related fields.
2. Publication and/or presentation in ESL/EFL field preferred.
3. At least 2-years of university teaching experience preferred.
4. Applicants should satisfy the specified qualification criteria stated in the Employment Regulations for Private Schools Law.

Salary and Benefits
1. Annual starting salary will be approximately 37,000,000won based on qualifications.
2. The contract is renewable for another contract term on good standing.
3. Medical insurance
4. 8 weeks (4 weeks in summer and 4 weeks in winter) of paid vacation per year
5. Private school pension
6. Basic furnished accommodation with minimum rental fees
7. Support of professional development related activities

Responsibilities
1. 12 hours per week teaching load with overtime pay for additional hours
2. Teach English Reading & Discussion, Writing, Presentation, Business English, English courses at the graduate school, and other English related special courses for credit programs and non-credit programs at the Institute of International Education
3. Professional development of career in the field of ESL/EFL education
4. 3 office hours per week
5. Faculty meetings
6. Participation in school activities

4. One copy of each undergraduate and graduate transcript sealed

with contact numbers (must be signed, dated, and properly sealed.)
7. Criminal record check
8. Medical check-up record
9. Three recent passport size photos

All documentation should be received by December 6 (Sat), at the latest (Submission to different departments on campus is NOT possible).
