***Seoul English Village is looking for Winter Camp Teachers in Seoul and Chungju***

Seoul English Village Suyu Winter English Camp 2009~2010
Dates: Choice of two starting dates.
First starting date: December 1st, 2009 ~ January 28th, 2010 (Teachers must arrive at SEV before December 1st)
Second starting date: December 19th, 2009 ~ January 28th, 2010 (Teachers must arrive at SEV before December 19th)Location: Seoul English Village, Suyu camp, Seoul, South Korea
Working Hours: 9:00am ~ 5:15pm or 1:30 pm ~ 8:45 pm with breaks during the day (lunch-90 minutes and dinner-90 minutes) Teachers are responsible for teaching maximum of seven 45-minute classes a day. Teachers will work six days (Monday to Saturday).
Salary:
Dec. 1st~ Jan. 28th- 5.6 Million Won TOTAL (Airfares are not provided)
Dec. 19th~ Jan. 28th- 4.0 Million Won TOTAL (Airfares are not provided)
Overtime payment is 18,000 won per class.
*Salary will be paid on the last day of the camp.Benefits:
Housing: A single studio is provided for each teacher. Couples are provided with double accommodation if available. (Free Utility and Internet)
Meals: Three meals a day are provided when camp is in session and students are on campus.Students: Kindergarten to High School (Mostly Elementary School Students)
Curriculum: All curriculum and teaching materials will be prepared by the camp programming team. Teachers will be given lesson plans to follow and will participate in a camp orientation.
Applicants Must:
1.Have a BA/BS degree or higher
2.Hold a valid passport from one of the following native English speaking countries; USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, Australia and South Africa
3.Have original university diploma (it will be necessary for C4 visa)

SEV Winter English Camp at Konkuk University Chungju Campus 2009~2010
Dates: Orientation – 9:00am December 27, 2009 (1 day)
Session 1 - December 28, 2009 ~ January 6, 2010 (10 days)
Day off – January 7, 2010
Session 2 - January 8, 2010 ~ January 13, 2010 (6 days)Location: Konkuk University Campus, Chungju, South Korea – about one and half hours from Seoul
Working Hours: 9:00am ~ 9:00pm with breaks during the day (90 minutes lunch and 90 minutes dinner)
Salary: 2.7 million won total (Airfares are not provided)
Teachers will be paid on the last day of camp.Students: Elementary and Middle School
Accommodation: shared dorm room with internet line, two teachers per room
Meals: meals will be provided at a campus cafeteria
Curriculum: All curriculum and teaching materials will be prepared by the camp programming team. Teachers will be given lesson plans to follow and will participate in a camp orientation. Students will study English through text book based classes for three periods a day. Three periods a day will be devoted to situational classes such as post office, bank or restaurant. In the evening students will chose a major to study for the week or do a team activity. Majors could include theater, puppetry, musical, or art. Students and teachers will go on a field trip one afternoon. Students will take a placement test when they arrive and may take a JET Test (elementary) or TOEIC test (middle school) at the end of the camp session. We will also have a graduation ceremony where students will receive certificates and perform their play or dance.

3. have a criminal background certificate – apostille sealed (it will be necessary for C4 visa)
