Hiring 1 Instructor for One-to-One Classes
Starting Date: January 2010

YBM PREMIER Speaking Center for adults, the latest concept in the YBM family of schools, is located in the city centers of Seoul. YBM PREMIER provides core and specialty courses, small class size, set curriculum, daily student assessment, and the finest facilities and technology. Housed within YBM PREMIER (Jongno) is the One-to-One school, for instruction to individual students with classes tailored to their needs. We are seeking professional and passionate instructors to join us!

General Benefits:
* Salary (tier determined by qualifications): 2.1~2.5mil / month
* Overtime rates: per 50-minute class, 18,000~22,000 according to salary tier
* Housing allowance: 200,000 / month
* Potential salary with overtime: 3.5 mil / month
* Hours: Monday to Friday, average of six to eight 50-minute classes per day; approximately 120 classes per month
* Saturday requirement: 8 Saturdays during contract period, for overtime pay
* Vacation: 10 days during contract period
* Round-trip airfare, pre-paid; if hired from within Korea, round-trip to Japan (for visa) plus return ticket home
* Housing key money; staff assistance in locating housing
* Severance pay: one month¡¯s base salary according to Korean national law
* Visa processing costs reimbursed: visa application, criminal background check, medical examination (in Korea)
* Medical and pension: 50% employee, 50% employer
* All Korean national holidays observed
* Potential quarterly performance bonus, based on merit
* 50% tuition reduction on YBM Korean or Japanese language classes

Qualifications:
* Citizenship (REQUIREMENT for E2 visa): US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland
* Education: Undergraduate degree (4-year; REQUIREMENT for E2 visa)
* Major: English, Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or Business [preferred]
* Teaching Certificate: CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL [preferred]
* Teaching Experience: One year full-time [minimum]; adult learners [preferred]
* One-to-one and small-group teaching experience a plus
