Faculty Openings at Hyupsung University
Hyupsung University of Hwasung City (near Suwon), Korea invites applications for non-tenured full time faculty positions starting Spring 2010. Specified requirements for the position are listed in the following table. The contract is for 2 years. Successful candidates are expected to teach 15 hours per week each semester at the undergraduate level. Annual salary is approximately KRW 30,000,000 (2.5 million per month). An office space, medical insurance and a pension plan will be provided. Paid vacation during university summer and winter breaks is given. Instructors are responsible for their own housing and visa trips. Candidates that are already living in Korea are preferred.
