We are seeking qualified and energetic native English speaking teachers to join our motivated and growing team for Spring, 2010. Dongseo University welcomes your application.

Qualifications
There are multiple openings for native English speaking teachers with:
1) A Master¡¯s degree with 3 years teaching experience or a BA with 5 years teaching experience.
¡Ø Experience note: Hagwon experience only counts for half. (Example: 5 years at a Hagwon is only 2¨ö years actual experience. Please do not apply if you do not meet these minimum requirements.)
2) Applicants with related certificates and equivalent experience are looked upon favorably.

Salary and Benefits
1) 2.4 million won per month. (2.5 million for Master¡¯s degree holders in English and linguistics and PhD degree holders)
2) Schedule of 12 teaching hours per week.
3) Overtime pay range from 13 thousand to 40 thousand won per hour.
4) Four weeks vacation for summer and four weeks vacation for winter.
5) Studio, large shared apartments, or a stipend of 300,000 won monthly based on availability at the time of interview.
6) A pay raise system to encourage teachers to continue with Dongseo.
7) Group medical and private teachers¡¯ pension plan.
8) A one way air ticket to your home country after two consecutive years of service.
