This company has 75 centers across mainland China. Currently their schools are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Nanjing, Xiamen, Xuzhou and Chengdu.

Qualifications & Quality:
- Possesses a passion for teaching 3-15 year-old ELLs and cares about the students learning outcome
- Native speaker from Canada, US, UK, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa
- Authenticated bachelorís degree - Applied Linguistic, Education or Bilingual Education degree preferred but not necessary.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience post-graduation, ESL teaching experience preferred.
- No criminal record
- Possesses a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate.

Administrative Responsibilities
1. Maintain a positive relationship with managers, co-workers, students, and parents.
2. Writing monthly Communication Corners (CC) to parents
3. Make decorations for the classroom.
4. Lesson plan and prepare additional teaching material.
5. Attend school-wide events and activities.
6. Comply with school rules, regulations, and policies.
7. Maintain a rich, educational, and safe environment for students on school campus.

Academic Responsibilities
1. Following the curriculum.
2. Follow the teaching schedule that is given to you.
3. Lesson preparation prior to teaching.
4. Discipline children in an appropriate manner.
5. When students fall behind academically, inform liaisons and come up with solutions.
6. Facilitate social interaction among children.
7. Give appropriate attention when parents raise concerns regarding studentís progress.

Promotions and Student Recruitment
1. Accept trial students into classroom environment if the class size is below the maximum class size
2. When not teaching, assist the marketing team with teaching and hosting promotional and demonstration lessons both in and out of school
3. Coordinate and participate in events and activities at school

Benefits Package
- Visa: Z-Visa and Work Permit provided, cost reimbursed by the school
- Monthly Salary: RMB16,000 Ė RMB22,000
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses are giving monthly as well as quarterly.
- Allowances: Relocation Allowance and Travel Allowance provided.

- Training: All teachers will receive training in Shanghai (travel and accommodation expenses paid), as well as video training's throughout the year.
