Foreign ESL Teacher
As a Foreign Teacher you will be responsible for delivering the WSE material to our students using the WSE methodology. You will lead classes to ensure that students are learning, understanding and applying their new knowledge; all done in a professional and supportive environment, for both the students and the teacher. You will be part of an international team that focuses on top quality lesson delivery and student satisfaction.
Our students are young professionals from all ranges of life, but they all have one thing in common: the motivation and dedication to learn English.
1.English speaker with passport from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
2.Age between 23-58 years old.
3.Bachelor's Degree or above in any major.
4.CELTA or 120 hour TEFL/TESOL certificate OR 2 years post-degree English teaching experience, fresh graduates / less experience eligible in most locations.
5.Clean criminal background and health check.
6.Willing to work weekends.
7.Sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, and organized.

Monthly salary 16,000~20,000 RMB depends on location & background

KEY POINT EXPECTATIONS:
Based on 40 hours a week
Expected to teach 10 -12 classes a week (2 hours per class)
Approximately 50% of working time is for traveling to client’s location and class preparation
Attendance and participation of weekly meeting/ training sessions
Delivery of classes one-to-one
Travel in and around city center (generally 1.5 – 2 hours outside city center is our serviceable area)
17,000 RMB – 20,000 RMB: Salary based on location and experience
1,000 RMB - 6,000 RMB: Possible monthly bonuses based on number of classes delivered.
800 RMB/m: City travel allowance & mobile phone allowance.
500 RMB/m: Summer allowance.
Renewal bonus and 2 weeks break between contracts.
Student and staff referral bonus system
11 days of Chinese national holidays plus 10 days of paid leave.
Z work visa and resident permit provided. Agency assistance for Z work Visa application.

Service Manager Trainee (Head ESL Teacher)
SMT will be trained to be a qualified center Service Manager (SM) to provide leadership to the center service team. SMT will work closely with SM and center service staffs (Foreign Teachers (FT), Study Advisors (SA) and Customer Service Assistants (CSA)).
Average of 20 teaching hours & 20 SM Preparation hours per week (Schedule distribution subject to center and training requirements).
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team, your journey can start today.
1. Demonstrate ability to teach excellent classes incorporating WSE methodology.
2. Develop familiarity with core and supplemental WSE classes and products.
3. Build rapport and respect among students and colleagues.
4. Develop an understanding of SM responsibilities and daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
5. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of WSE Service KPIs.
6. Continue to balance FT teaching responsibilities with professional development.
7. Understand the roles and tasks of center SAs & CSAs and demonstrate an ability to evaluate SAs & CSAs performance.
1.A passport from an English Native Speaking country: United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, South Africa and Ireland.
2.At least 2 years management experience (reference letters required), education sector preferred.
3.Teaching certificate: CELTA or equivalent, an excellent teacher is preferred.
4.Bachelor’s degree or above in any major.
5.Strong communication skills.
6.Strong leadership capability.
7.Win-win thinking, ability to handle complaints.
8.Able to work under pressure.
9.Able to working flexible schedule.
