Looking for Qualified Teachers in Shenzhen, China (located next to Hong Kong)

The Nest Learning Center is located in the Futian District of Shenzhen. Shenzhen is a developed city in China, located next to Hong Kong. Our center specializes in English instruction for children between the ages of 4-12 years of age. We use a research-based phonics and reading curriculum ˇ]All About Learningˇ^ˇAand we follow in the direction of the AERO Standards. Writing instruction is based off the Hochman Method. We also offer Coding classes for the younger learners. We help younger students develop the basics of programming, with a child-friendly robot. An Upper Elementary coding initiative is under development now and will be implemented in Fall 2019. Class size is limited to six students per one teacher, with an instructional aid for the younger students.
The total work hours amounts to 35 hours per week. Candidates are required to teach lessons to multiple age groups, for a total of 25 hours a week, 5 days a week. Individuals are also required to plan for lessons and assessments, with 10 office hours per week.

We are looking for a qualified teacher that has experience maintaining a positive classroom environment and is reliable. Training on how to use the curriculum materials and understand program aims, will be provided before entering the classroom. Salary starts at 16,000 RMB, but can increase with level of experience. This position is for one year, with the option to renew at the end of the contract. After receiving necessary documents to verify experience and qualifications, we will work to get candidate a working visa and provide specific instructions on what needs to be done in the your home country before coming to China.
