ESL teachers in more than 300 cities across China

We are looking for native English speakers to take on ESL positions in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and more than 300 other cities across the China. Teaching English at one of our schools will get the candidate a great salary and competitive benefits package and also they can meet people from all over the world, develop career abroad in education, and enjoy the experience of a lifetime. To cooperate with us, they’ll be provided with the educational resources to become the best teachers they can be. We’re here to provide the support teachers need every step of the way, from preparing their legal work visa to airport pickup. More importantly, they will be part of an international team that focuses on top quality lesson delivery and student satisfaction. Our English Teachers will have all the necessary tools and materials available to deliver fun, social, and engaging classes that ensure students are learning, understanding, and applying their new knowledge. Although foreigners do not need to speak Chinese to live and work as a teacher in China, they also will have the chance to take free Chinese classes with Chinese local staff, while they will also be invited to join kindergarten regular social and cultural events.

Comprehensive teaching package

Job requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree preferably in Education
• 120 Hour TEFL / CELTA / TESOL certification and Passport holder from UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
• A clear national Criminal Background Check (non-criminal record)
• Ability to live abroad for at least one year
• Age 21 to 45 (as per visa acceptance requirements)
• Flexible, fun, friendly, creative and able to work as a team

Key responsibilities
• 5 working day per week, 40 working hours per week, maximum of 25 teaching hours per week
• Preparing and teach classes in school as scheduled.
• Planning, evaluating, and delivering lessons;
• Writing quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and communicate with parents on a regular basis.
• Giving constructive feedback to students.
• Providing advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom.
• Class size: 10 to 25 students
• Teaching students aged between 3 and 12
• Assisting students developing their language skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Working with other Chinese teachers
• Coordinating and assisting with the event and marketing activities
• Promoting and preserving a pleasant, social, and courteous atmosphere in the school
