Our schools are now looking for enthusiastic, positive and qualified English teachers who have a genuine desire to teach young learners aged 3 to 12 years old. Established in 1997, our school has more than 40 campuses across China and Taiwan. We aim to provide the best quality English education that we can offer. Our young learners have the opportunity to learn in modern, safe, all-English environment. We also provide a series of well-researched and well-structured curriculum which follows the North American standards. We provide education which has a balanced distribution on speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. We encourage our foreign teachers to create a fun and educational learning environment. With a maximum class size of 15 students, the foreign teachers and the young learners have more opportunity to interact and be acquainted with one another. A local teaching assistant will be available in every classroom to assist with the administrative side of running a class such as communicating with parents.
We put great emphasis on quality education and we achieve that through our professional teachers training, on-going management support and promotional opportunities given to all the teachers.
We offer two different programs for students: Early Starter Programs are for young learners aged 3 to 6 years old. It uses a series of English course materials developed by our very own research and development department. The textbooks cover areas such as phonics, vocabularies and conversation. A large part of the program is music where we developed over 60 songs for young learners. The lyrics of the songs are all associated with the content of our conversation books. The other program is the Elementary Program which is for older students between 7 to 15 years old. The course materials consist of a series of English textbooks developed by McGraw Hill, an American publishing company. The subjects learned are Spelling, Language Arts, Phonics, Dolch Sight Words, Reading and Writing.

This is the worldˇ¦s largest public square and a must see for all visitors from abroad and from other places in China.Main Responsibilities
o Maximum of 25 teaching + 15 hours admin work hours per week
o Maximum number of students: 14
o Plan lessons and classroom activities
o Write monthly reports on the progress of each student
o Weekend classes with 2 days off during the week
o Assist in schools promotional events
o Conduct demo classes to potential new students
o Attend staff meeting and teacher training
o Teach students fluency in verbal, listening, reading and written English
o Introduce students to western cultures and festivals
o Excellent base salary: 13,200 to 15,800 RMB (2,100 to 2,400 USD) per month
o Free housing accommodation OR 4,000 RMB monthly housing allowance
o Airfare allowance on contract completion: 3,000 RMB
o Arrival 5 day hotel allowance on provision of receipt: 1,500 RMB
o Monthly meal allowance 1,000 RMB per month
o Relocation allowance: 1,500 to 1,750 RMB
o Heath insurance provided
o Attendance bonus: 600 RMB per month
o Monthly performance bonus: 400 RMB
o Performance bonus: 2000 RMB every quarter
o Contract completion bonus: 6,000 RMB
o Annual salary increase
o 12 days national holidays plus 5 paid personal holidays
