We are dedicated to delivering exceptional educational programs and a unique learning experience to all of our students aged 4 to 18. ALWAYS belongs to ALWAYS Group in Melbourne, Australia. It has 10 years history of employing foreign teachers. We have schools located in different cities in Shandong province with the main school based in the capital city of Jinan, which is only a few hundred kilometers south of Beijing--the capital of China.
Always offers:

•Free fully furnished unshared accommodation with internet access and daily necessities. (hot and cold shower/western toilet/gas stove/microwave oven/refrigerator/air-conditioner).
•Free health insurance including hospital and emergency treatments.
•A government invitation letter and working permit for applying working Z visa.
•Free Chinese classes.

•Chinese teacher assistant provides timely help whenever needed
•4 weeks paid holidays except public holidays for one-year contract.

•RMB10,000 for air ticket for one year contract.
•A---20 teaching hours per week RMB5000 per month.
B---25 teaching hours per week RMB7000 per month.
C---RMB100 for every extra teaching hour.
We ask you:
1.To be a native English speaker only from America, Britain, Australia, Canada or New Zealand.
2.To be Responsible! Cooperative! Motivated!
3.To have Bachelor degree. Experienced teachers are desired.
4.Inexperienced native English speakers with great work ethics are also welcome.
5.Couples are warmly welcome.
6.From the age of 22 to 56 with a Bachelor's degree under good health condition.
7.To start from Feb. 2010 to Jan. 2011

We only employ English speakers from America, Britain, Australia, Canada or New Zealand.
We are also seeking highly organized co-ordinators to join our team in our central office. This role offers great opportunity for a dedicated individual to come on board and really take ownership of the role and make an impact on the school. The position has the focus is on the delivery of training and support for our expatriate teachers.
