Qualifications
1. For the position of Oral English Teachers
1) Native English speakers, preferably from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand
2) Bachelor degree
3) 2 years working experience (preferably education related)
4) TESOL/TEFL certificate preferred
5) Under the age of 60
6) In good health

2.For the position of Teacher Trainees
1) Native English speakers, preferably from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand
2) College diploma or TESOL certificate
3) working experience preferred
4) Under age 35 year old
5) In good health
Responsibilities (same for both positions)
a maximum of 15-20 teaching hours per week delivered to students. Some schools also require that you participate in English corner (open talking and games) for two hours per week in the evenings. You may also occasionally be asked to join in special celebrations and promotional activities.

Benefits
1. For the position of Oral English Teachers
1). 4000 to 6000 RMB after tax monthly salary, depending on the school location
2). 4000 to 10000 RMB international airfare allowance, depending on the contract length
3). 2200 RMB travel bonus for completion of full academic year contract
4). Up to 200 RMB per month utilities allowance
5). Up to 15 days consecutive paid sick leave
6). Paid public holidays
7). Private apartment completed with utilities (phone, air conditioner, stove, refrigerator, water heater, etc.)
8). 3000 Yuan bonus reward for the completion of one academic year contract
2. For the position of Teacher Trainees
1).2500 to 3500 RMB after tax monthly salary, depending on the school location
2). 4000 to 10000 RMB international airfare allowance, depending on the contract length
3). 2200 RMB travel bonus for completion of full academic year contract
4). Up to 200 RMB per month utilities allowance
5). Up to 15 days consecutive paid sick leave
6). Paid public holidays

9). free TESOL Certificate issued upon completion of all your teaching hours in your contract (minimum 5 month contract)
