Dear Applicant,

We have a job opening for an English teaching position at our school. Most of the work involves teaching at a high school, but you'll also teach a few evenings per week at an after-school program for elementary school students. The high school is a prestigious school located near Funabashi, Chiba, and I am proud to present this position to a well-qualified candidate. Here is some more information about the position:

*Full-time, generally 30 working hours/week, 20-25 teaching hours/week, Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm. 270,000yen/month.
*Primarily teach at high school, but also teach elementary school students, middle school students, and adults.
*Company location: Katsutadai, Yachiyo, Chiba.
*High school location: near Funabashi, Chiba.
*Native English speaker, BA/BS degree, TESL/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification, and over one year teaching experience required. Experience living abroad preferred.
*Applicant NOT REQUIRED to reside in Japan. Visa sponsorship available.
*Accommodation: Included if necessary. Rent is about 60,000 yen per month (deducted from pay).
*Paid holidays, paid vacation, and transportation allowance.
*One-year renewable contract. Application deadline October 31st, 2019. Position begins April 1st, 2020.
