Principal of Academic Training Program Needed in Saudi Arabia

The Arab Cultural Institute (ACI), a member of Al-Hussan Educational Group,
is currently seeking to recruit a program Principal for a new academic
program in the Eastern Provenance in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Be the Instructional Leader of the program.
Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all
students and staff for academic performance and excellent outcomes.
Monitor student learning progress.
Manage and administer personnel development through training, in-
service and other developmental activities.
Manage the operation and all other activities and functions.
Develop positive community relations.
Conduct staff meetings to discuss policy changes, instructional
programs, potential problems, and resolution of existing problems.
Perform other incidental tasks consistent with the goals and
objectives of this position.
Qualifications and Requirements
BA (MA preferable) in English, applied linguistics, modern
languages, or TESOL.
Teaching Certificate (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, .)
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
An IELTS score of at least 7.5
Minimum ESL teaching and/or administrative experience: 10 years

Contract Length: 1 year (renewable)
