Native Female English Teacher Required for I Can Read in Yangon, Myanmar starting in January 2019!

I Can Read teaches ESL and English Literacy to students aged 2.5 – 15 years old through our fun teaching methodology. Curriculum and materials are all provided to you. What we offer:

- Salary between USD 1500-1800
- Shared accommodation provided
- 10 days paid annual leave per year plus paid public holidays
- 5-day working week with two consecutive mid-week days off
- Maximum 25 teaching hours per week plus 15 office hours
- End of contract bonus of one month’s base salary
- End of contract flight reimbursement of up to USD 1,100
- Health insurance
- Working visa
- Full teacher training programme in Singapore (This is a paid training and all costs covered by I Can Read)
- Small class sizes with teaching assistant


- Female Teacher
- Native English Speaker (from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa)
- Bachelor’s degree from above stated countries
- Recognised teaching certificate (CELTA, TEFL, etc.) or at least 2 years’ teaching experience
- Clean criminal background check
- Confidence in teaching students of all ages (especially young learners)
