1 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time Native English Speaking Teachers of English Needed in Kanagawa, Japan

iHouse English Schools in Kanagawa Prefecture is looking for one full-time and one part-time native English speaking teachers of English to begin April 2018. Couples are encouraged to apply.

We are located at three locations all near Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, about 50 minutes from central Tokyo (Shinjuku), 30 minutes from Yokohama and 30 minutes from the coast.

Teaching schedules are Tuesday through Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off. There are three, three-week vacation periods, spring, winter and summer. Pay is year round and vacations are paid vacations.

Monthly salary is \220,000 including vacation periods. There is a completion bonus of \60,000 for teachers who finish teaching in March. Furnished rental apartments are available and are large enough for a single or couple to live comfortably. Schools are between 5-30 minutes away, by bicycle, train or on foot.

Teachers participate in four quarterly school-sponsored Sunday events per year. There are periodic teacher meetings to discuss teaching/classroom management strategies etc. and there is continual teacher support and advice.
