Important Notice:
* Applicants MUST enjoy working with toddlers/kids, age 0 to 12.
* Teachers ready to commit 3 years employment contract

1. Non-native English teacher to teach English to toddlers and/or young
children, age 0 to 12 in JAPAN together with a Japanese assistant teacher
who speaks English.
2. Monthly salary is 190,000 yen for the first two months as probationary period.
Monthly salary is 210,000 yen from the third month onward.
3. Housing allowance will be paid by the company ranging from 10,000 yen to
30,000 yen per month.
4. Year-end bonus MAY be paid by the company based on job performance
5. Initial contract term is for three years. The work-permit visa may be extended
for more than three years with both partyís consent.
6. Company reserves the right to arrange classes for employee from 9:00 a.m.
to 6:30 p.m.
7. Teachers will have classes with kids age 0 to 5 in 10-30 minutes classes through
interactive, activities, songs, etc. in the mornings.
8. After school hours, elementary school students will come to classes (40 minutes)
with textbooks and workbooks. Kids age 5 and above will take English proficiency
test three times a year based on the schedule by the EIKEN organization.
9. Time spent at work is 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with 2 to 2 and half hours break.
10. Teaching hours is NOT more than 35 classroom hours per week, less working hours
in March, April, May, August, and December.
11. Overtime 3,000 yen will be paid if available.
12. Fully furnished apartment will be prepared by the company.
13. Key money (equivalent to three to four monthsí rental fee) and handling charge
to real estate agency for an apartment will be paid by the company.
14. Each teacher has to pay apartmentís rent every month.
15. Extra paid holidays; 5 days in late March or 5 days in early April, 4 days in
mid-August, and 9 - 10 days for Christmas and New Year. National holidays
(16 days a year), Saturdays & Sundays are off.
16. The teacher has to pay taxes by herself/himself according to the Japanese
TAX law.
