The Coordinator is responsible for supervising teachers, overseeing English programs, developing curricula, and ensuring students' progress.

Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
Observe classes to provide feedback to teachers and evaluate students' language ability in relation to the class level.
Ensure that teachers complete required paperwork, follow established curriculum, and teach classes in accordance with our methodology.
Create curricula for business classes, special projects, and new courses.

Requirements:
Native English speaker fluent in Spanish
Bachelor Degree in Education/Communication
Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English to language learners
Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisor position(preferred)
Able to work full time including nights and Saturdays
