Posted By: English Forest International Pre-school <>
Date: Sunday, 6 July 2014, at 6:27 p.m.

Full-time English teacher needed for new school in Okayama City, Japan. You will teach Japanese children from as early as 2 1/2 - 6 years in a beautiful setting with lots of trees and grass. Extremely rare in Japan. You will be teaching with 1 other assistant at the start so you must have experience with young ones.

Hours are from 8:45 - 5:30 each day M-F with about 8 weeks vacation.

Morning class is from 8:45- 2 then after school class is from 3:00-5:00. Japanese ability not needed. Classes will be taught just like a regular kindergarten but with a little more emphasis on ESL. Being perky, caring and upbeat , of course, are must traits!

If you are ready for the challenges of living and working in Japan then this kindergarten will be a great experience for you.

Any degree would be best but in order to get a Certificate of Qualification for a work visa you need to have relevant education if you don't have a degree. So a college 2 year - ECE diploma would be relevent but welding, probably not going to fly with immigration.

We will assist you in securing accomodation and help with phone, internet etc.

Salary - 260,000 yen/ mth with a completion bonus at the end of each year.

Applicant must be a native English speaker and we apologize but for now, this means we can only accept applicants from Canada, US , Australia, Ireland, the U.K, and New Zealand.

Please attach a recent photo if you are interested. Hope to talk to you soon!!
