About the Role

The Customer Support Team supports users throughout the world in using a number of websites to deliver digital learning material.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our busy support team.

The successful candidate will provide help to administrators, teachers and students around the world so that they can get the most out of our websites and digital material. This will include:
• Providing help and advice, via email and telephone.
• Assisting sales teams around the world by providing sales administration, supporting promotional activity and providing information on different products.
• Providing online training and demonstrations to users requiring additional support.
• Assisting in the maintenance of support related content within the websites.
• Reporting issues/bugs and liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure resolution.
In addition, this role will have a specific focus on a portfolio of larger customers, offering a personalized service, including training in person and being a dedicated contact for support and advice.

About You

To be successful in the role you will need:
• Prior experience of working in an ELT environment, preferably as a teacher.
• Good working knowledge of web-based systems and understanding of the internet, including educational systems.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent Communication skills.

It would be desirable if you had experience/knowledge of :
• Customer Service.
• Presentation skills.
