TITLE: Communication Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Service Delivery
REPORTS TO: Service Delivery Operations Manager

Position Summary: A Communication Specialist would be primarily responsible for developing high-quality training materials, conducting needs analysis and language assessments for our clients, as well as provide support for some of our research and impact studies. In addition, they would be expected to support their team and other departments on any ad hoc projects for the company This will involve a candidate who has language training and preferably 2-5 years of experience. This candidate should also have good organizational and time management skills, and must be proficient in MS Office applications. Experience in project management would be an advantage. The position is full-time and based in Makati, Manila. A successful candidate would be willing to travel on a semi-frequent basis.

Example of Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum and syllabus design, and materials writing
Language assessment based upon the BUPLAS framework (see
Training delivery for ESP and intercultural skills
Training needs analysis
Support on research and impact studies

Bachelor’s degree desirably in Education/Applied Linguistics or equivalent.
Qualifications in English language training (CELTA, TESOL) or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
Experience in project management is an advantage.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
