WIT is a Registered Training institute in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. WIT undertakes vocational education and training of workers in Poultry industry, as well as, fresh trainees. Students who complete WITís programs will be granted Diploma/Certificate in poultry. One of the main objectives of WITis to contribute to the development of knowledge and skills of manpower in poultry industry in the Kingdom.

We, at WIT, are looking for a qualified candidate for Managerial position at WIT (Quality & Service Manager for English Language Center)

Job Vacancy: Quality & Services Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Objective:
Managing the place in a way that guarantees a healthy and enjoyable educational environment.
Provide unique and high level of services.
Maintain the discipline of the workflow that insures the loyalty for both the Students and the Staff members.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Distribute the tasks among employees and follow up their implementation.
Inspire the staff members to work as a team and commit to the administrational instructions.
Supervise the follow up process of students on a weekly and monthly basses.
Prepare the classes schedule regularly.
Submitting regular reports about studentsí performance to the direct management.
Covering for the absence of any employees.
Advising student who are under performing and documenting this into the database.
Making sure that all educational tools/materials are available and reporting for the missing ones in addition to making the needed follow-up process until acquiring it.
Dealing with studentsí complaints and suggestions effectively with no delay.
Organizing the administrational processes and following up on the attendance and absence of the staff members and submitting reports to the direct management.
Submitting the monthly service reports to the branch manager.
Following the internal memosí instructions, which been provided by the management.
Committing to the job duties/tasks and any potential modification according to what is seen fit by the management.

Qualifications:
Bachelorís Degree (English literature is preferred)/ Holders of CELTA or TEFL)
Level of English will be tested though internal placement tests.

Key Skills:
Sociable, patient, creative, and Able to work in a team environment.
Has managerial skills.
MS Office Applications, Internet Usage & Project/Outlook.

Type of Experience:
In the field of Education and Management of Educational institution.
