Experienced ESL Teacher Needed in Yokohama, Japan

Yokohama, Japan-Experienced ESL teacher- We will are currently seeking applicants that would like to begin teaching from September 2013 and onwards.( We will be actively recruiting teachers for the fall of 2013 and the new year in 2014.) Teaching applicants must be prepared to commit to a minimal one-year teaching contract.
ISE-An upscale English school with locations in Aobadai and Tama Plaza (Denentoshi line) is currently accepting applications from professional experienced native English teachers.
We are currently seeking candidates that have significant experience teaching adults and children specifically ELPS (Early Learners and Elementary school -high school).
Candidates must be familiar with Teaching methodology that applies to this age range.
Teaching repertoire should include phonics, song, dance, role-play as well as games and activities that re-enforce TL (target language being taught).
Applicants should be outgoing, communicative and energetic. This position requires a great deal of responsibility as well as a high work ethic.
The position would entail teaching children as well as a full range of adult courses. This means that candidates would be required to teach all ranges of students. However we are looking for candidates that have a strong background in early childhood development and have a true passion to teach children, as this position would be a springboard for a position as a Children’s Coordinator or Leed Teacher.
Our schools are extremely well resourced and have excellent programs for both children and adults. Including I Pad and PC based lessons.

We offer both private and group lessons, each lasting 50 minutes, with no more than 4 students per group.
Approximately half of the children enrolled have returned from extended stays abroad and follow a subject-based curriculum (history, social studies, literature, etc.)
The school provides the teacher with both a curriculum to follow as well as wealth of support materials.
Giving clear, focused and challenging lessons to a wide variety of students. You must be able to teach non-reading beginner lessons, conversation-based lessons, grammar-based lessons and business lessons to students of all ages and levels of ability.
- Establishing a rapport with your students and creating a lesson dynamic that encourages the student to excel.
- Writing detailed progress reports regarding students’ performance.
- Communicating with the other staff members, as well as the School Managers, Head or Lead teachers, regarding students’ progress and abilities.
Candidates must be native English speakers, hold a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from an accredited university and at least two years of teaching experience are required.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience of teaching both business adults and children and CELTA/TESOL/DELTA certificate holders.
The personal qualities include a positive attitude and professional demeanor, flexibility and the ability to work as a member of a closely-knit team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and take pride in their profession
Salary ranges from 250,000 to 280,000 yen a month, depending on experience and qualifications .We also offer completion bonuses that can cover airfare for applicants that show outstanding work performance .We also offer full visa sponsorship.
Additionally, we offer 30 days paid vacation including national holidays, monthly performance bonuses and paid training. We can assist with introducing very affordable comfortable, safe and clean housing. However we do not cover moving costs, rents or furnishings
