Middle School Principal Position in Macedonia

Essential Duties:
•Supervise Middle School teachers and staff, and monitor their performance to achieve the overall objectives of school's curriculum and mission statement.
•Facilitate communication between teachers, students and/or parents for the purpose of evaluating situations, solving problems and/or resolving conflicts.
•Manage day-to-day operations of Middle School division and report directly to Head of School
•Implement school’s policies, procedures and/or processes (e.g. disciplinary matters, reporting and assessments, etc.) by providing direction and ensuring compliance.
•Facilitate staff development and in-service programs for teachers and assistants.
•Help plan and attend extra-curricular activities (e.g. sports activities, student centered activities, music programs, etc.).
•Oversee Middle School division budget and make decisions on purchases that resource the curriculum.
•Assist in recruiting and enrolling new students.
•Assist in recruiting and hiring new faculty and staff.
•Compose and update written materials (e.g. reports, student activities, handbooks, correspondence, newsletters, etc.).
Job Qualifications:
•Masters degree preferred, or Bachelors degree or equivalent from a fully accredited University in the field of education. (Western education preferred)
•Valid Teaching certification
•Minimum 3 years of Middle School experienceSend cover letter and CV to:
