Position 1: Academic Manager - Ho Chi Minh
Scope - The Academic Manager is responsible for the day to day management and development of teachers on all teaching programmes as well as teaching responsibilities. The main focus is teacher management and quality control.

Responsibilities
* Teacher scheduling
* Induction of new teachers
* Teacher observations / appraisals / quality control
* Teacher development / support
* Testing and assessment
* Placement testing
* Teaching and substitute teaching
* Other academic and administrative duties as requested

Requirements: Bachelor degree mandatory, MA preferred; CELTA or equivalent internationally recognised TEFL; Experience as an Academic Manager / Director of Studies or equivalent; 3 years’ teaching experience (including experience with young learners) ; Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills; A great deal of energy and enthusiasm; Ability to work in a team environment; Experience working within reputable language teaching organizations.

Remuneration and Benefits - competitive financial and benefits package which is based on qualifications and experience as well as the responsibility of the position.
* Salary range from $25,200 to to $42,000 usd gross per annum, including bonus.
* Paid holidays (approximately 30 days per annum)

Position 2: English Teacher - Ho Chi Minh

Scope: Business English, General English, Pronunciation, Exam Preparation courses.

Requirements: Bachelor degree mandatory, MA preferred; CELTA or equivalent internationally recognised TEFL, minimum 1 years teaching experience, high level of commitment and professionalism.

Benefits: Gross pay of $12 - $20 per teaching hour with short term contract of up to 20-25 hours per week per semester. Three months to one-year contracts are available with salary of $1200-2000/month.
