Bell Vietnam is a partner school of Bell International. In its third year
of trading, the school has recently moved to new, larger premises in order
to
expand its operations. We are now recruiting for the position of Academic
(Development) Manager to assist with our growth.

The position is a full-time 40 hour per week contract. Duties will include:

* A teaching schedule
* Teacher recruitment & management
* In-house teacher development & training
* Resource and course development & management
* Client relationship management
* Quality assurance in-line with Bell International QAD guidelines

The role will also include support of the Academic (Systems) Manager nonadministrative duties including student admissions, class schedules and teacher timetabling as well as public relations & promotional responsibilities.

The candidate is expected to be an energetic, flexible team player willing to contribute to all aspects of the school's operations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous teacher management experience in at least an ADOS or Senior Teacher position. Experience in one or more of Business/ESP,YLs and IELTS is also an advantage, as is experience of working in Asia.

Minimum requirements

* A bachelor or higher degree
* DELTA or Master qualification (MA TESOL) or equivalent
* 4+ years of teaching experience
* Experience in & commitment to delivering teacher development programmes
* Experience in development & implementation of new courses & programmes
* A positive, innovative, flexible, can-do attitude
