ESL Cafe's Job Discussion Forum Rules & Policies

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use ESL Cafe's Job Discussion Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by ESL Cafe's Job Discussion Forum.

We at Dave's ESL Cafe reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dave's ESL Cafe (and ESL Cafe's Job Discussion Forum) and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

All postings are archived and Dave's ESL Cafe reserves the right to re-post them on other sections of Dave's ESL Cafe, including the Job Information Journal.

Dave's ESL Cafe will delete postings which, in the moderator's judgment, are "off topic" (not concerned with ESL/EFL employment issues); are intended to defame or deride; contain vulgar or otherwise objectionable language; are written to inflame, not inform; are personal attacks directed toward another individual; are generalizations ('All X is bad because Y was not a good experience for me'); are intended to promote a private agenda rather than share ESL/EFL employment-related information; are based on hearsay rather than the poster's direct personal experience.

We at Dave's ESL Cafe also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate in ESL Cafe's Job Discussion Forum.
