Classroom Dynamics
If you've ever had a problem class, this is the book for you. If you feel you've never had a problem class, this book may well tell you you've been missing something. If you've been teaching a while you have probably said that a lesson hasn't worked because of a 'problem student' or a lack of gelling of a class (clashes of personality etc.). You may well have been right, but I found that this book really helps with precisely those problems, and perhaps more importantly- makes you confident they are something you can really tackle.
