Jiaozi Parties!
I've been teaching in China for the last 4 years at at least 3 different schools and at every school I've had a jiaozi party. For those of you who don't know what jiaozi is, it's Chinese dumplings. Students would come over to my house not only to make and eat jiaozi or to make a mess, but also to do something outside the classroom. It's a welsome break for all of us! Jada Rufo
