Great balls of fire!
![]()
Every time a student says a word too many, for example... "I go to home" , "I play the football", "Does he John read?". Just repeat the incorrect word and mime screwing up a ball of paper and pretend to throw it in the nearest waste paper bin. Look expectantly at the student until he repeats the corrected sentence.
On subsequent occasions, when the teacher just even starts to screw up that invisible ball (at the end of every student utterance, without naming the mistake), the students will autocorrect themselves.
