English towns game
![]()
This worked well with groups of French teenagers learning English. You get all the students into a circle on chairs. Each student then chooses an English town. You write all the towns on the board and choose one student to stand in the middle. That student calls out 2 towns and those 2 towns have to swap places whilst the student in the middle tries to take one of their places. It's quite good fun but can get noisy if there are too many students in the group. I played it with 8-10 students at a time.
