When I started teaching, I used to keep index cards, sentence strips
and things like that in envelopes, but with time I found that this
didn't always work that well. Sometimes things fell out of the envelopes,
sometimes I grabbed the wrong envelope...Anyway, one day I put a set
of index cards I was using in a ziploc bag. It worked great. Now I
store all the cards that I use in clear plastic ziploc bags that I keep
in a box. It makes it much easy to check that I have the right
materials, and it makes these materials easier to find (both at
home and in my bookbag).
If I'm using a tape with part of a lesson, I can put that in with
World's Best Jobs!
