Just a Minute!
Hi there I used this idea to encourage my student to speak.
This is the way of doing it.
-The class is divided into groups of 3-4 students.-Each group will get a topic that all members have to talk about in 3 minutes.
-The group members should talk about the topic given without stutters.
-If they happen to talk out of the topic or produce any stutters, the other groups may say "just a minute!"
and go on talking about the same topic.-The group that can spend the last second of the 3 minutes given will get a score.
Well, hopefully you can use this idea in your classroom.
