Montessori Mystery Bag
This follows introducing students to new vocabulary words and is a very tactile exercise. I use blindfolds, and a cloth bag with objects inside. In Montessori class we use geometric solids. Put the object in the student's hands, and ask them to name what it is. Obviously, the objects must be varied and recognizable by touch!
