Draw Me a Monster
This is a great way to review body parts with kids in their first year of English.
All you need is a board and different colored chalk or markers. Write "Draw Me a Monster" on the top and draw an oval for a head. Explain that the class are mad scientists and will create a monster together. Each student can draw one body part, but she/he must say "I am drawing the...(arm for example)" before you hand them the marker. You can also review colors by having them select from multiple colors of markers. The student must draw the body part on the board and write the name next to it. At the end, you have a great composite drawing. Some kids get really into this, asking how to say "fangs" "beard" "warts" "scales" "tail" "wings" etc.
